What I’m Watching: Old School Edition

We stream Netflix to our television via AppleTV. These two things together are basically the best thing to happen to us since we discovered the perfect organic tortilla chip at Sprouts (they’re the ones with the green label, in case you’re wondering).

HOWEVER. I just looked at my Recently Watched list on Netflix, and it appears that I have a bit of a problem.

I’m totally addicted to The Andy Griffith Show. Does this make me incredibly uncool? Oh, well.  I can’t deny my mad love for Andy, Opie, Barney and the whole Mayberry crew.

Yesterday I actually said to my whiny child:

“Simmer down, young’un.”

AS IF I WERE FROM THE SOUTH.  Also, I may or may not have affected a southern accent while saying it.

Is there such a thing as a Netflix intervention? Because I think I need one. What are you watching on Netflix these days?

I love my apple tv too (which I got only after being convinced by the Hoskins how absolutely awesome it is)….I am currently obsessed with “24″…and recently “Veronica Mars”. Andy has made my list a few times though, and I think that it is a very healthy addicition. No intervention needed, at least not yet.
